Hi and welcome to the Soulful Paws Minute. Today we're going to focus on the natural cycle of life and the significant role that your pet played in it. We're going to do five affirmations and these affirmations are designed to bring comfort and understanding as we contemplate the circle of life. And as I often say, just a reminder, everybody grieves differently and it's okay to take your own path in this journey.

For these five affirmations, feel free to repeat them out loud or silently to yourself. Let's begin. I honor the natural cycle of life and the special role my pet played in it.

My pet's life was a beautiful chapter in the greater story of existence full of love and joy.

I find peace in knowing that my pet's spirit continues to be a part of the eternal cycle of life.

The love and memories I shared with my pet are timeless and will always remain in my heart.

I embrace the natural flow of life, finding comfort in the cherished moments I had with my pet.

Thank you for joining me in these affirmations. I hope they can bring you a little bit of comfort and help you find peace and the understanding of the natural cycle of life. Just remember the love and memories you shared with your pet are forever part of you. Take care and be gentle with yourself.
